WHEREAS, on January 27, 1986, bids were received for the
purchase of one (1 ) truck mounted hydraulic sewer cleaner; and,
WHEREAS, Naylor Supply Co. of Pasadena, Texas submitted a
bid in the amount of $53, 495; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Naylor Supply Co. is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Naylor Supply Co. in the amount of $53, 495 for the
purchase of one (1 ) truck mounted hydraulic sewer cleaner be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
