BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay REB
Industrial of Nederland, Texas Two Thousand Seven Hundred
Sixty-Seven Dollars ($2, 767) for the emergency repair of a 15 inch
pump located at the College Street/Railroad Avenue Underpass.
