WHEREAS, on January 6, 1986, bids were received for the
purchase of one (1 ) controller and one (1 ) line printer for the
fuel management system located at the Fleet Service Center; and,
WHEREAS, Rusco Electronics of Glendale, California
submitted a bid in the amount of $12, 673. 30; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Rusco Electronics is the best and lowest bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Rusco Electronics in the amount of
$12, 673. 30 for the purchase of one (1 ) controller and one (1 ) line
printer for the fuel management system located at the Fleet Service
Center be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
