WHEREAS, on January 27, 1986, bids were received for the
purchase of a three receiver satellite voter; and,
WHEREAS, Trinity Communications, Inc. of Beaumont, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $10,000.65 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Trinity Communications, Inc. is the best bid meeting
specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Trinity Communications, Inc. for the
purchase of a three receiver satellite voter in the amount of
$10,000.65 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
