WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract to
furnish concrete sloped pipe ends to be used on crossovers and
driveways by the Drainage Division; and
WHEREAS, the following bid was submitted:
National Concrete Products 15" $ 88.80/pr .
18" $104.40
/pr .
24" $200.00/pr .
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by National Concrete Products is the lowest and best bids
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by National Concrete Products for an annual
contract to furnish concrete sloped pipe ends for the above-quoted
amounts be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
