WHEREAS, informal bids were received for repairs to the
Landfill compactor; and
WHEREAS, Hydraulic and Air Repair, Inc. , submitted a bid in
the amount of $1 ,920.00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Hydraulic and Air Repair, Inc. , is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Hydraulic and Air Repair, Inc. , in the amount of
$1 ,920.00 for repairs to the Landfill compactor be accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of C 1986.
