WHEREAS, informal bids were received for the purchase
of a thirty-seven (37) gallon hot water heater for the Animal
Shelter; and
WHEREAS, Coburn Supply of Beaumont submitted a bid in the
amount of $1 ,048.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Coburn Supply is the best and lowest bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Coburn Supply for the purchase of a
thirty-seven (37) gallon hot water heater for the Animal Shelter in
the amount of $1 ,048.00 is hereby accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
