R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter
into an agreement with the State Department of Highways and Public
Transportation and/or Drainage District 6 for participation in the
cost of replacing the bridge which spans Drainage District 6 ' s
Ector Street Ditch.
