WHEREAS, on January 13, 1986 bids were received for the
purchase of uniforms for Fire Department employees; and,
WHEREAS, Factory Sales of Houston, Texas submitted a bid in
the amount of $11,656.81 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Factory Sales is the best and lowest bid meeting
specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Factory Sales for the purchase of uniforms
for Fire Department employees be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
