R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on January 13, 1986 bids were received for the
Washington Boulevard Sanitary Sewer Relocation Project; and,
WHEREAS, John Bankston Construction & Equipment Rental,
Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of $174, 103 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by John Bankston Construction & Equipment Rental, Inc . is
the lowest and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of John Bankston Construction & Equipment Rental, Inc .
be accepted by the City of Beaumont in the amount of $174, 103 for the
Washington Boulevard Sanitary Sewer Relocation Project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of _ 1986.
