WHEREAS, on January 21, 1986, Resolution 86-25 was passed
purchasing six (6 ) parcels of property for the M. L. King, Jr .
Parkway/Spur 380 Project; and,
WHEREAS, Resolution 86-25 has some language which does not
apply to the purchase of these parcels of property and, by this
resolution, is being amended to delete this language;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels of land for Spur 380
right-of-way acquisition be, and the same are hereby, approved:
Parcel 51: 7,000 square feet out of the David
Brown League, Abstract 5 being all
of Lot 14 of Block 35, Arlington
Addition
Owners: Herman Myers, Leroy Myers
and Clem Albert Myers
State' s Approved Value: $7,240
Parcel 52: 2 ,923 square feet out of the David
Brown League, Abstract 5, being
part of Lot 15 of Block 35,
