WHEREAS, on January 14, 1986, Resolution 86-10 was passed
purchasing one (1) parcel of property for the M . L. King, Jr .
Parkway/Spur 380 Project; and,
WHEREAS, Resolution 86-10 has some language which does not
apply to the purchase of these parcels of property and, by this
resolution, is being amended to delete this language;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land for the M. L.
King, Jr . Parkway/ Spur 380 Project be, and the same is hereby,
approved:
Parcel 50: 13,420 square feet, Lot 13, Block 35
Arlington Addition
Owner: Margaret Tortoris Smith
Appraised Value: $26,666
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
