WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for right-of-way
acquisition for Spur 380 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels of land for Spur 380
right-of-way acquisition be, and the same are hereby, approved:
Parcel 150: 4,630 square feet out of Lot 2 of
Block 32, Arlington Addition
