WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for right-of-way
acquisition for the College Street T.I .P. Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land for the College
Street T .I .P Project be, and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 22: 750 square feet out of Lot 187, Block 16,
B . D. Crary Addition
Owners: Bobby G. and Marcella Hallenbeck
Appraised Value: $17,377
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
