R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on January 13, 1986, bids were received for the
purchase of road repair materials to be used by the Street
Division; and,
WHEREAS, T-Mix Materials of Beaumont, Texas submitted the
following bid:
500 tons ballast @$8.25/ton $ 4, 125
1 ,500 tons slag @ $8.25/ton $12,375
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by T-Mix Materials is the best and lowest bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by T-Mix Materials for the purchase of road
repair materials to be used by the Street Division be accepted by
the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
