WHEREAS, on January 13, 1986, bids were received for the
purchase of four (4) 14-cubic yard dump trucks for use in the
Drainage Division; and,
WHEREAS, Tidelands International of Beaumont, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $180, 288; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Tidelands International is the best and lowest bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Tidelands International in the amount of $180, 288
for the purchase of four (4) 14-cubic yard dump trucks for use in
the Drainage Division be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
