WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase and
installation of ten ( 10) Devine light lens, four (4) inner glasses
and six (6 ) lamps in Riverfront Park; and,
WHEREAS, Graybar Electric Company submitted a
bid in the amount of $1 , 723.30; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Graybar Electric Company is the best and lowest bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Graybar Electric Company for the purchase
and installation of ten (10) Devine light lens, four (4) inner
glasses and six (6) lamps in Riverfront Park in the amount of
$1 ,723.30 is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
