R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an agreement with Bethlehem Steel for the use of their bridge which
provides access to the Pine Street Landfill Closure site if an
emergency arises while the Brakes Bayou Bridge is under repair by
the City for a one-time usage for a maximum of ten ( 10) days at a
cost to the city of Two Hundred Dollars ( $200) per day.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
