WHEREAS, bids were received for repairs to a comminutor or
Muffin Monster used at the Wastewater Treatment Plant; and,
WHEREAS, Disposable Waste Systems, Inc. of Santa Anna,
California is the only manufacturer able to furnish parts for this
equipment and submitted a bid in the amount of $1 ,895 .68; and,
WHEREAS, the bid submitted by Disposable Waste Systems,
Inc. is the only bid received and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted for repairs to a comminutor or Muffin Monster
used at the Wastewater Treatment Plant in the amount of $1 ,895.68 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of _ 1986.
