WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of landscaping
materials ; and,
WHEREAS, the Garden Center of Beaumont submitted a bid in
the amount of $4, 301.50; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by the Garden Center of Beaumont is the best and lowest bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by the Garden Center of Beaumont for the
purchase of landscaping materials be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 1986.
