R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of 600 feet
of hose for a sewer jet machine for use in the Water Utilities
Department; and,
WHEREAS, American Hose submitted a bid in the amount of
$1,205; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by American Hose is the best and lowest bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of American Hose in the amount of $1 , 205 for the
purchase of 600 feet of hose for a sewer jet machine be accepted by
the City of Beaumont.
