WHEREAS, the sanitary sewer improvements have been completed
in Westerrace Addition for a 165-foot, 6-inch sanitary sewer line in
Tracts A, B, C and D; and,
WHEREAS, the developers of said improvements desire to
have these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the directors of the Urban Transportation and
Water Utilities departments recommend that said improvements qualify
for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of
the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained
by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the sanitary sewer improvements in Westerrace Addition for a
165-foot, 6-inch sanitary sewer line in Tracts A, B, C and D, as
above described, be, and the same are hereby, accepted by the City of
Beaumont, contingent upon filing of the final plat complete with
proper filings of dedication of all rights-of-way and easements shown
required on preliminary and final plat, and shall be continuously
maintained by the City.
