WHEREAS, the City has contracted with MBank-Beaumont as a
depository for investment purposes; and,
WHEREAS, MBank-Beaumont, N.A. wishes to release the
following securities being held at MBank-Houston:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT MBank-Beaumont be permitted to release the above-described
securities and a certified copy of this resolution shall constitute
the approval of such releases and evidence of the authority of said
bank to make said releases.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
