WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for right-of-way
acquisition for Dr . Martin Luther King Jr . Parkway/Spur 380, Phase
III;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land for Dr . Martin
Luther King Jr . Parkway/Spur 380, Phase III, right-of-way
acquisition in the name of the State of Texas be, and the same is
hereby, approved:
Parcel 181 : 10, 258 square feet (0 .2355 acres)
out of the David Brown League,
Abstract 5 (whole taking)
Owners: Jesse J. "George, Jr .
State' s Approved Value: $77, 500.00
