WHEREAS, on December 2, 1985, bids were received for 1 ,500
tons of cold mix limestone rock asphalt pavement; and,
WHEREAS, White' s Mines of San Antonio, Texas of Beaumont,
Texas submitted a bid in the amount of $40, 380; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by White' s Mines is the best and lowest bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by White' s Mines for 1 , 500 tons of cold mix
limestone rock asphalt pavement in the amount of $40, 380 be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
