BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an agreement with the State Department of Highways and Public
Transportation providing for participation by the City in the 1986
Federal Railroad Signal Program for a combined total of Five
Thousand Dollars ($5,000) .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
