WHEREAS, on December 2 , 1985, bids were received for the
purchase of four (4) pump volutes to be used in the repairing of
four sludge pumps at Water Reclamation; and,
WHEREAS, Pump Specialists, Inc. of Beaumont, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $4,424; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Pump Specialists, Inc. is the best and lowest bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Pump Specialists, Inc. for the purchase
of four (4) pump volutes to be used in the repairing of four sludge
pumps at Water Reclamation be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
