BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
Mustang Tractor Eight Thousand Ninety-Three Dollars ($8,093) for
emergency repairs to a landfill bulldozer.
