R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on December 9, 1985, bids were received for the
purchase of a 3/4 ton passenger van; and,
WHEREAS, J K Chevrolet of Nederalnd, Texas submitted a
bid in the amount of $10, 906; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by J K Chevrolet is the best and lowest bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of J K Chevrolet in the amount of $10,906 for the
purchase of a 3/4 ton passenger van be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
