WHEREAS, informal bids were received for repairs to a
police vehicle involved in an accident; and,
WHEREAS , Mingle Motor Co. of Beaumont submitted a bid
in the amount of $2, 778. 72; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Mingle Motor Co. is the best and lowest bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Mingle Motor Co. in the amount of $2 , 778. 72 for
repairs to a police vehicle involved in an accident be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 1985 .
