WHEREAS, the water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer
improvements have been completed on Westgate Drive Extension from
Major Drive a distance of 975 feet east and,
WHEREAS, the developers of said extension desire to
have these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the directors of the Urban Transportation and
Water Utilities departments recommend that said improvements qualify
for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of
the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained
by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer improvements on
Westgate Drive Extension, as above described, be, and the same are
hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont, contingent upon filing of
the final plat complete with proper filings of dedication of all
rights-of-way and easements shown required on preliminary and final
plat, and shall be continuously maintained by the City.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
