BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to adopt the
Department of Labor' s September 20, 1985 highway heavy rates as the
current prevailing wage rates.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
