WHEREAS, on June 17, 1985, bids were received for
petroleum products for Fleet Maintenance; and,
WHEREAS, the following bids were submitted:

and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bids
submitted above are the best and lowest bids and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted above for the purchase of petroleum
products for an annual period in the amounts stated be accepted by
the City of Beaumont. The city retains the right to unilaterally
cancel the contract at the expiration of a six (6) month period.
