BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
license agreements with MCI Telecommunications Corporations and
U. S. Telecom, Inc. for the construction of fiber optic cable.
