R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT an easement granted to 'Gulf States Utilities by instrument
dated October 7 , 1981 and recorded in Volume 2342, Page 401 of the
Deed Records of Jefferson County, Texas be, and the same is hereby,
abandoned.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he
is hereby, authorized to execute a ten-foot ( 10' ) underground
electrical easement on the Beaumont Community Health Clinic' s
property, as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, to "Gulf
States Utilities Company to serve the Beaumont Community Health
Clinic building.
