WHEREAS, on November 18, 1985 bids were received for the
purchase of twenty-six police cruisers; and,
WHEREAS, Mingle Dodge, Inc. of Beaumont, Texas submitted a
bid in the amount of $323, 182.88; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Mingle Dodge, Inc. is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Mingle Dodge, Inc. for the purchase of
twenty-six patrol cruisers in the amount of $323, 182 .88 be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
