WHEREAS, on November 11, 1985, bids were received for the
purchase of one (1 ) van; and,
WHEREAS, J . K. Chevrolet, Inc. , of Nederland, Texas,
submitted a bid in the amount of $20,674.45; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by J . K. Chevrolet is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by J . K. Chevrolet in the amount of
$20, 674.45 for the purchase of one ( 1 ) van is hereby accepted by
the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
