WHEREAS, the developers of Gulf Terrace Addition 29A-32A have
completed the water, sanitary sewer, and street improvements as
follows :
Street Improvements:
Riggs Street from Calhoun approximately 1 ,950
feet east
Water and Sanitary Sewer Improvements:
Lots 1-21, Block 29-A
Lots 1-10, Block 30-A
Lots 1-9, Block 31-A
Lots 1-21, Block 32-A
and,
WHEREAS, the developers of said addition desire to
have these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the directors of the Urban Transportation and
Water Utilities departments recommend that said improvements qualify
for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of
the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained
by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer and street improvements in Gulf
Terrace Addition 29A-32A, as above described, be, and the same are
hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously
maintained by the City.
