R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on November 5 , 1985, the City Council passed a
resolution for the pledge of collateral by Fidelity Savings; and,
WHEREAS, the resolution stated that the pledgee bank was
M-Bank-Port Arthur ; and,
WHEREAS, the bank was incorrectly stated and Fidelity
Savings wishes to correct this mistake;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the resolution passed on November 5, 1985 for the pledge of
collateral by Fidelity Savings be corrected to reflect the correct
pledgee bank of Texas Commerce Bank-Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
