WHEREAS, on November 12, 1985, the City Council passed a
resolution for the pledge of collateral of City of Grapevine, Texas
by MBank -Beaumont; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to release MBank - Beaumont from
pledging the City of Grapevine, Texas securities and authorize them
to pledge the City of Plano securities;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the pledge of MBank-Beaumont of the City of Grapevine, Texas
securities be released and that they be authorized to pledge City
of Plano, Texas municipal bonds at 7 .5%, maturing 7/1/2002 for
$100,000.
