BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT :
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute
an agreement with the Urban Mass Transportation Administration for
the use of Section 8 Transit Planning Funds for fiscal year 1986.
