WHEREAS, informal bids were received for an annual
contract for pest control service at the following Health
Department locations: Annex A and B, Community Health Clinic and
the Animal Shelter; and,
WHEREAS, Terminix Termite and Pest Control submitted
a bid in the amount of $1 , 188; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Terminix Termite and Pest Control is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Terminix Termite and Pest Control be accepted by
the City of Beaumont and the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to enter into a contract with Terminix Termite and Pest
Control in the amount of $1 , 188 for an annual contract for pest
control service at Annex A and B of the Health Department, the
Community Health Clinic and the Animal Shelter .
