WHEREAS, informal bids were received for the purchase of a
2-ton electric chain hoist for use by the Water Production Division;
and,
WHEREAS, Plowden Supply Company of Beaumont, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $1 , 161.95;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Plowden Supply Company for a 2-ton electric
chain hoist for use by the Water Production Division be accepted by
the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
