WHEREAS, on March 8, 1983 a contract agreement was
executed between- the City of Beaumont and Kyle Partners, LTD
allowing for restoration of the Kyle Building as outlined in
Exhibit "A" of the contract agreement; and,
WHEREAS, the developer wishes to amend Exhibit "A" of
the contract agreement using the remainder of the UDAG funds
granted for the project to repair and replace the awning and
aluminum grill work above every show window instead of using the
funds to clean, repair masonry and clean and repair the major
facades of the building;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to amend
Exhibit "A" of the contract between the City of Beaumont and Kyle
Partners, LTD as set out in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
