R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
and secure a railroad crossing permit from the Kansas City Southern
Railway Company for their tracks at Crockett and Avenue C for a fee
of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150) initially and Fifty Dollars
($50) annually.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
