WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for right-of-way
acquisition for the College Street T. I .P. Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels of land for the College
Street T.I. P. Project be, and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 17 : 500 square feet out of Lot 151, Block
13, B . D. Crary Addition
Owners: Benjamin Adler, Dora Horwitz
and Eva Swerdlow
Appraised Value: $1 ,000
Parcel 25: 96 square feet out of Lot 4, Block 4,
Cartwright Terrace Addition
Owner : Charles C . Clary
Appraised 17a1u?: $200
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
