R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT C . A. Shelton, Hugh Earnest, and Myrtle Corgey be, and they
are hereby, authorized as official signatories for the City of
Beaumont on any depository which has been or may hereafter be
designated by the City, and any two (2 ) of the individuals named
above are hereby authorized to sign checks, drafts, notes, or
orders issued by the City of Beaumont from any fund of said City
excluding the following accounts:
1 . Cash Bond Account
2 . Collection Agency Escrow
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any one (1 ) of the
individuals named below for the Cash Bond Account is hereby
authorized as a signatory for the City of Beaumont:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any two (2 ) of the
individuals named below for the Collection Agency Escrow Account
are hereby authorized as a signatories for the City of Beaumont:
