R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on March 11, 1985 bids were received for the
purchase of cat cages to be used at the Animal Shelter; and,
WHEREAS, Suburban Surgical Company, Inc. of Wheeling,
Illinois, submitted a bid in the amount of $4,994.56; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Suburban Surgical Company, Inc. is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Suburban Surgical Company, Inc. for the
purchase of cat cages for use at the Animal Shelter be accepted by
the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
