R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City has contracted with Fidelity Savings
as a depository for investment purposes; and,
WHEREAS, Fidelity Savings wishes to pledge the following
security with M-Bank - Port Arthur :
RECEIPT NO. DESCRIPTION PAR VALUE
GNMA #34104, 9 . 375%; due 10/15/2009 $ 884,980.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the pledge of Fidelity Savings be, and the same is hereby,
approved.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
