WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of light
fixtures for the Civic Center; and,
WHEREAS, Nunn Electric Co. of Beaumont, Texas submitted the
lowest and best bid meeting specifications in the amount of $24,711 ;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Nunn Electric Co. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Nunn Electric Co. for the purchase of light
fixtures for the Civic Center be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
